Hi-Tide Ocean Beach Resort is a collection of oceanfront condominiums on Moonstone Beach at the north end of Moclips, Washington. With stunning panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and direct beach access, Hi-Tide offers a peaceful, private retreat for families, couples, and groups of all kinds.
Our resort features 14 individually owned and managed condominiums, ranging from cozy one-bedroom units to spacious two-bedroom suites. Each is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay — full kitchen, linens, cable TV, high-speed internet, and access to our communal BBQ and Clam Cleaning Station.

Located at 4890 Railroad Avenue in Moclips, WA — just steps from the sand. Moclips sits on Washington's scenic Pacific Coast, approximately 2.5 hours from Seattle and 30 minutes north of Ocean Shores. The community is small, quiet, and beautifully situated between the Olympic National Park to the north and the broader Grays Harbor region to the south.
