Dog-Friendly Units
Eleven of our fourteen oceanfront condominiums welcome well-behaved dogs. Units 22, 29 and 32 are not dog friendly. Simply disclose your dog at the time of booking and review our policy below.
Dog Fee — $30 per dog, per night. Maximum 2 dogs. Applied at booking and calculated on the length of your stay. This fee covers additional cleaning and inspection.
Disclosure Required — Dogs must be disclosed at the time of booking. Undisclosed dogs will result in a $200 fee and may result in early termination of the reservation.
Maximum 2 Dogs — No more than two dogs per unit. Breed and size restrictions may apply to certain units — confirm before booking.
Leash Required — Dogs must be leashed in all common areas including the parking lot, grounds, and walkways. On the beach, Washington State Parks rules require dogs to be under leash control.
Never Left Unattended — Dogs may not be left unattended in units or vehicles at any time. If you plan to be away from the unit, your dog must go with you.
Service Animals — Service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are welcome in every unit, including units that are not dog friendly. No pet fee applies to a service animal, and breed, size and number limits do not apply. Letting us know in advance helps us prepare the unit, though it is not required. Guests remain responsible for any damage caused by a service animal. Emotional support animals are not service animals under the ADA and are subject to the standard dog policy.
Damage Responsibility — Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dogs. Charges beyond the dog fee may be assessed for significant damage.
Clean Up — Please clean up after your dog on the beach and throughout resort grounds. Waste bags are available at the front entrance.
